Relaxing the Fearful Rider!
Kari Ann uses praise-based communication and applies her knowledge of dressage, helping to relax the riders from their seat and achieving independence of mind from fear.
From relaxing each part of the body, then translating that breath-based relaxation to the voice, hand, seat and leg aids, bad memories of physical and mental pain are set aside and new pathways of loving horse-rider communication grow.
Comments on Relaxing the Fearful Rider:
from Cyndi Meyer, Director, Trotting Horse Therapeutic Riding Program, Missoula, MT:
“For a fearful or older novice rider, this is excellent… I would recommend this workshop to riders who have become fearful from accident or injury.
“Kari Ann is an extremely positive instructor who wants everyone to succeed in riding as well as in life.”
